Faster cycles in Spain.
And one clear view of the business. We step in to assess how orders, approvals and month-end really move, structure the process, then automate it inside your systems. The people you meet stay on your work from the first day to the last.
Assessment and automation for 50–500 person companies in Spain: growing firms where month-end takes too long, running business software, email and spreadsheets that don't agree.
Too many projects, none finish.
Every department launches its own initiatives, people are stretched thin and nothing gets done. We set up a light PMO that decides what starts and what waits.

Month-end and reporting take longer than they should.
Figures are pulled from several systems and reconciled by hand. By the time leadership sees the month, it is already halfway through the next one. Faster closes usually start with clearer handoffs, not new software.
Family-owned companies professionalising.
Many mid-sized Spanish firms are still run by the founding family, with a second generation or an outside manager arriving. Decisions that lived with one person need roles, approval limits and a shared view of performance.
Several sites, several ways of working.
Companies with offices or warehouses in more than one region often run the same process three different ways. Standardising it once makes the next site cheaper to open.

Verifactu applies to companies from 1 January 2027.
Royal Decree-Law 15/2025 pushed the Verifactu deadline back a second time. Corporate income tax payers must use compliant invoicing systems from 1 January 2027; everyone else follows on 1 July 2027. Each invoice record needs a hash chain and, in Verifactu mode, is sent to the tax agency as it's issued. We are not a certified Verifactu provider; we work with yours.

B2B e-invoicing starts on 6 October 2027 for firms above €8 million.
The Crea y Crece e-invoicing regulation was approved in March 2026. Order HAC/1028/2026, published on 5 October 2026, set the clock: businesses with turnover above €8 million must issue structured B2B e-invoices from 6 October 2027, and the rest from 6 October 2028. Payment status has to be reported too. Verifactu and Crea y Crece are separate obligations that rely on the same invoice data, so cleaning tax IDs, series and VAT breakdowns once at the source serves both.

Spain still has no NIS2 law, and the Commission has gone to court.
On 8 July 2026 the European Commission referred Spain to the Court of Justice for not transposing NIS2. The national cybersecurity bill is pending. Larger customers already ask suppliers for incident procedures and access records.

GDPR.
We build inside your systems and accounts, and record which personal data each automation uses. We don't certify GDPR compliance; your DPO keeps that role.

A faster month-end close
We map the close as it runs today, cut the handoffs that wait on one person and set a calendar with owners. Then we automate the reconciliations that repeat every month. Leadership gets the numbers days earlier.

Customer quotes out in hours, not days
Standard requests are priced from agreed rules and current costs, quotes above set limits go to an approver, and the customer gets an answer the same day. Sales stops waiting on one person. Example: quote turnaround from 3 days to 4 hours.

One live view for leadership
Orders, cash and project status flow from your systems into one dashboard that updates itself, so the weekly management meeting starts from the same numbers. Example: days late before anyone knows, from 9 to 1.

05 · How we work with teams in Spain
How we work with teams in Spain
- We're remote from Switzerland and Portugal, with on-site weeks in Madrid or Barcelona when it helps. Mainland Spain is on Central European time, so our days overlap almost completely. We have no office in Spain.
- Business consulting assesses, maps and structures the work; forward-deployed engineering automates it. Forward-deployed means our engineer works inside your business, not from a ticket queue.
- The people you meet stay on your work from the first day to the last, and we work with only a few clients at once.
- English is the working language. Where a document or user screen must be in Spanish, we say so early and plan a native reviewer. Contracts are with Devvion Inc., registered in Delaware.

Questions from companies in Spain
Can we start with consulting and no automation?
Yes, Devvion does business consulting on its own in Spain: assessment, process maps, roles, approval limits and KPIs, usually over 4 to 12 weeks. If automation makes sense afterwards, we can build it, or your team can.
We're a family business bringing in outside managers. Can you help?
Devvion helps family companies put structure around decisions that used to sit with one person: who approves what, which numbers leadership reviews, and how each process is documented. That structure is what lets outside managers and the next generation take over safely.
Can you help us before a bank or investor review?
Devvion prepares the operating side of a diligence: documented processes, clear roles and approval limits, KPIs that match your accounts, and the evidence a reviewer will ask for. We don't give financial or legal opinions; your advisers do.
Which ERPs do you work with?
Devvion works in Spain with Sage 200, a3innuva, Holded, SAP Business One and others. We keep your ERP and build around it.
Do you build AI agents, or plain automation?
Devvion builds AI steps in Spain only where a person currently reads something and decides, such as a scanned document or a customer email. Everything else is ordinary automation, which is cheaper and easier to check.
How do engagements begin?
Devvion starts in Spain with the two-week assessment, ending in a maturity score per process, an overhead number and ranked opportunities. It's a fixed fee, credited if you carry on. Consulting then runs 4 to 12 weeks, engineering 6 to 16.
