Too many projects, none finish.
Every department launches its own initiatives, people are stretched thin and nothing gets done. We set up a light PMO that decides what starts and what waits.
What it looked like
- Twenty-plus projects run at once, most of them late.
- The loudest voice gets the resources.
- Projects start without a budget or an owner.

Questions
Do we need a full PMO team?
No, Devvion sets up a light PMO most companies of 50–500 run with one coordinator and a monthly 30-minute board.
Which tools do you use for intake?
Devvion uses what you have. Jira, ClickUp, Monday or a simple form all work; the rules matter more than the tool.
