08 · Questions

Questions owners ask about consulting.

  • Is this management consulting?

Yes. Devvion's consulting is management and operations consulting, done by people who have run operations in large enterprises, not only advised on them. We assess, map and redesign how the business runs, and we stay until the new way of working holds.

  • Do we need to automate anything?

No. Many Devvion consulting engagements end with clearer roles, written procedures and a governance rhythm, and no new software. If automation would pay, we show you the number. The decision is yours.

  • Will you work with our existing systems?

Yes. Devvion starts from the systems you already run and recommends replacing one only when keeping it costs more. When you do need a new system, our selection work is vendor-neutral: requirements, a scorecard and a plan.

  • How is this different from a big-four engagement?

A Devvion engagement is smaller in scope and price, sized for a company of 50 to 500. The people you meet stay on your work from the first day to the last, with no hand-off to a junior team. And if the plan calls for building something, we build it.

  • Can you work in Arabic?

Yes. Devvion runs interviews, workshops and reviews in Arabic and English, and delivers procedures and reports in either language or both.

  • How do you price?

Devvion prices in steps. The two-week assessment is a fixed fee, credited if you continue. A consulting engagement is a fixed scope over 4 to 12 weeks. After that, an optional advisory retainer with capped hours. We share figures on a first call.
