How we work · 04

Fix the process first. AI only where judgement lives.

Assess, map, mature, automate, optimise, run. Most of a process is rules: we get those right, automate them, and give AI only the few steps that need a judgement call.

  • Automation
  • AI
  • A person decides

7 automated steps, 2 AI steps, 2 people deciding

Customer support automation, with a person on hard cases

  1. Customer message
  2. Classify, detect language
  3. Complaint or refund?
  4. Known case?
  5. Look up order
  6. Draft the reply
  7. Send
  8. Answered in 2 min
  9. First response: 4 hours → 2 min (Example)

02 · Six stages

Six stages. The same people from the first to the last.

Consulting leads assess, map and mature. Engineering leads automate, optimise and run. Most clients buy both, in that order.

  1. 01Business consulting

    Assess

Two weeks to score how each process runs and what it costs.

    • Interviews and walk-throughs
    • System inventory
    • Maturity score per process
    • The overhead number
    • Ranked opportunities
  2. 02Business consulting

    Map

The work as it actually moves, not as the org chart says.

    • As-is process maps
    • Data flows
    • Roles and handoffs
    • Bottlenecks and rework
  3. 03Business consulting

    Mature

How it should run, written down and agreed.

    • Standard operating procedures
    • Roles, controls and KPIs
    • ISO 9001 / 27001 alignment
    • Change plan
  4. 04Forward-deployed engineering

    Automate

Build where it pays, inside the systems you already run.

    • Integrations
    • Workflow automation
    • AI only on judgement steps
    • Everything in your accounts
  5. 05Forward-deployed engineering

    Optimise

Measure the change, remove what still wastes time, move on.

    • Before and after measures
    • Waste removed
    • Re-tuned rules
    • The next process
  6. 06Consulting and engineering

    Run

Your team runs it. We stay on if you want us.

    • Capped retainer
    • Monitoring
    • New automations
    • Quarterly maturity re-score

When the process is clear and automation pays, consulting hands over to engineering, and the people you already know stay on the work.

03 · Five rules

Five rules we work by, and what each one means on a Tuesday.

  1. 01

    You own it

Procedures, code and data live in your accounts from day one. We never hold a key you don't.

Access is granted by you and revoked by you. When we step out, nothing leaves with us.

  2. 02

Assess and map before anything is built

Every process is assessed, mapped and agreed first. A step is automated only once the process is right, and becomes an AI step only when a rule can't decide it.

AI steps log their reasoning and a person can override them, so the expensive part stays small and auditable.

  3. 03

The same people, first stage to last

The people who assess and map your process stay on it through build, optimise and handover.

We've run operations at scale, and our own product runs on the same habits, so we feel the cost of every shortcut ourselves.

  4. 04

    Two languages, one system

Procedures, interfaces, documents and prompts are written and tested in Arabic and English.

Right-to-left layouts are checked by people who read Arabic every day, before anything goes live.

  5. 05

    Priced for the mid-market

Fixed fees for the assessment and consulting scope, monthly for engineering, so you always know next month's bill.

After the first three months of engineering you can stop at any month-end and keep everything delivered.

04 · A week with us

Every stage runs on the same three fixed points a week.

  1. Monday

    Plan

What moves this week, agreed in thirty minutes.

  2. Daily

    Visibility

A shared board and a short written update.

  3. Friday

    Show

Something you can check: a map, a procedure or working software, on your data.

05 · Handover kit

When we step out, you can run it without us.

  • Repositories

In your organization, with full history.

  • Documentation

Procedures, process maps, data flows and the decisions behind them.

  • Runbooks

What to do when something breaks at 2 a.m.

  • Training recording

A walkthrough your next hire can watch.

  • Access list

Every account and key, owned by you.

06 · How we price

You buy one stage at a time, and a retainer only if you want one.

  1. 01

    Assessment

Assess. One fee, credited if you continue

  2. 02

    Engagement

Map, mature, automate, optimise. Scoped up front

  3. 03

    Retainer

Run. A capped number of hours, if you want it

Numbers come with the scope, after we've seen the process.
