Ready to scale in Ireland.

And ready for due diligence. We step in to assess how requests and approvals really move, structure the process and its evidence, then automate what people keep redoing, inside your systems. The people you meet stay on your work from the first day to the last.

02 · What we see in Ireland

What we see in Ireland

  • Growth outpaces the back office.

Irish firms often double headcount in a few years. Onboarding, purchasing and reporting were built for the smaller company and now depend on a few people who remember how things work.

  • Multinational customers set the bar.

Selling to the multinationals based in Ireland brings security questionnaires, supplier audits and contract clauses. Answering them by hand pulls senior people away from the business.

  • A tight labour market.

Hiring for finance and operations roles is slow and expensive. Every hour of re-keying taken off the current team is an hour that doesn't need a new hire.

  • Revenue's e-invoicing roadmap starts with large corporates in November 2028.

Revenue's roadmap of October 2025 sets three phases: large corporates issue e-invoices and report in near real time for domestic B2B from November 2028, businesses trading within the EU follow in November 2029, and the EU-wide ViDA rules apply from July 2030. Large corporates means businesses managed by Revenue's Large Corporates Division, which Revenue said it would contact directly. Every business will need to receive EN 16931 invoices, so intake should handle structured invoices and today's PDFs side by side well before then.

  • NIS2 still isn't Irish law, and Ireland is now before the EU court.

On 8 July 2026 the European Commission referred Ireland to the Court of Justice over the missing NIS2 transposition. The National Cyber Security Bill is still being drafted. Multinational customers already write NIS2-style clauses into supplier contracts.

  • Ireland is setting up an AI Office and sector-by-sector AI supervision.

The Regulation of Artificial Intelligence Bill 2026 creates the AI Office of Ireland and leaves supervision with existing regulators, such as the Data Protection Commission and the Central Bank. Companies using AI in hiring, credit or customer service should know where each system sits and who oversees it.

  • GDPR.

We build inside your accounts and systems and record the personal data each automation uses. We don't certify GDPR compliance; your DPO and the Data Protection Commission's guidance set the bar.

04 · Where we usually start

Where we usually start

  1. Hiring and onboarding that keeps up

We map onboarding from signed offer to first productive week, agree owners for each step, then automate accounts, equipment requests and training tasks. New people start with what they need on day one.

Tools: BambooHR · Microsoft Entra ID · Microsoft Teams

  2. Security questionnaires answered from live evidence

Access reviews, incidents and patching are logged into one register. When a customer sends a NIS2 or ISO-style questionnaire, most answers come with evidence attached.

Tools: Microsoft Entra ID · ServiceNow

  3. One front door for new projects

Every new project or internal request comes in through one form, is scored against agreed criteria and goes to a monthly leadership decision. Approved work starts with an owner, a budget and dates. Example: projects finishing late cut by half.

Tools: Microsoft Forms · Jira · Power BI

05 · How we work with teams in Ireland

How we work with teams in Ireland

  • We work remotely from Switzerland and Portugal and spend planned weeks on site in Dublin or wherever your team is. Ireland keeps the same clock as Portugal. There is no Devvion office in Ireland.
  • Business consulting assesses, maps and structures the work; forward-deployed engineering automates it. Forward-deployed means our engineer works inside your business, not from a ticket queue.
  • The people you meet stay on your work from the first day to the last. Everything is done in English, from workshops to documentation.
  • Your agreement sits with Devvion Inc., a Delaware entity. We get you ready for ISO or NIS2 audits and connect your ERP to your providers; we are not an accredited provider or a certification body.

06 · Questions from companies in Ireland

Questions from companies in Ireland

  • Can we hire you for consulting without automation?

Yes, Devvion does business consulting on its own in Ireland: assessment, process maps, roles, controls and KPIs, usually over 4 to 12 weeks. Automation is a separate decision, with us or your own team.

  • A multinational customer sent us a security questionnaire. Can you help?

Devvion helps you answer it once and keep the answers current. We map the controls you already have, close the gaps and set up evidence that collects itself, so the next questionnaire takes hours rather than weeks.

  • Should we wait for the NIS2 law?

Devvion's advice is not to wait for the evidence work. Whatever the final Irish law says, customers already ask for access reviews, incident logs and supplier checks. Your counsel decides formal scope.

  • What software do you support?

Devvion works in Ireland with Sage 50, Xero, NetSuite, Dynamics 365 Business Central and the tools around them. We keep your systems and automate between them.

  • Where do AI agents fit?

Devvion builds AI steps in Ireland only where someone reads and decides, such as an unmatched document or a customer email. Elsewhere, plain automation is cheaper and more predictable.

  • Where does the work begin?

Devvion starts Irish engagements with the two-week assessment, ending in a maturity score per process, an overhead number and ranked opportunities. It's a fixed fee, credited against later work. Consulting then runs 4 to 12 weeks, engineering 6 to 16.
