Processes that scale in the UAE.
Built to hold at twice the volume. We step in as your operating expert to assess and redesign how the work runs, then as your engineers to automate it inside the systems you already pay for. The people you meet stay on your work from the first day to the last.
Assess, map and automate for 50–500 person companies in the UAE: growth across emirates and free zones with mixed-language teams, and sales, finance and stock software bought one tool at a time.
Management runs on WhatsApp.
Decisions are made in group chats and the numbers live in spreadsheets only their authors understand. We set up a management rhythm with one set of numbers.

What we see in the UAE
Growth arrives as a second entity, not just more staff.
A mainland company adds a free-zone entity, a branch in another emirate or an office across the border. Each one runs its own version of the same process, and nobody owns the differences. Leadership finds out at month-end, when the numbers don't line up.
Teams change often, and processes leave with the people.
Most UAE teams mix many nationalities and two working languages, and people move between employers often. When a process lives in one person's inbox, every resignation resets it. Written roles, handoffs and SOPs are what keep the work steady.
Tools were bought fast and never joined up.
A CRM for sales, an ERP for finance, a separate app for stock, and WhatsApp in between. Each tool works on its own. Together they mean the same order typed three times and a management report rebuilt by hand every week.

E-invoicing, first wave: revenue of AED 50 million or more
Appoint an Accredited Service Provider by 30 October 2026 and go live on 1 January 2027. The appointment deadline moved; the go-live date did not. We connect your ERP to the provider you choose. We are not one; the Ministry of Finance publishes the list.
Deloitte Middle East: UAE e-invoicing ASP deadline extended, go-live remains 1 January 2027(opens in a new tab) · as of Oct 9, 2026
E-invoicing, second wave: below AED 50 million
Appoint a provider by 31 March 2027, with invoices flowing through it from 1 July 2027. Penalties reach AED 5,000 a month for not implementing and AED 100 per failed invoice. Cleaning tax registration numbers, party data and the item master takes longer than the connection, and it is where most rejections start.
Personal data: Federal Decree-Law 45 of 2021
The law applies, yet its implementing regulations are still pending in October 2026, and a new Federal Authority for AI and Data started work on 14 June 2026. DIFC and ADGM have their own regimes. Any automation that reads customer records logs what it touches.

An operating model for the next branch or entity
Before a second emirate or a free-zone entity opens, we map how the first one really runs, agree who decides what, and write the SOPs and KPIs the new site starts with. Opening the next one becomes a copy, not a rebuild.
Tools: Microsoft Teams · SharePoint · Excel
Customer requests on WhatsApp, logged and answered
Quotes and delivery questions land on sales reps' phones and vanish when someone is on leave. We route them into one queue, draft replies from ERP data, and log each one against the customer.
Tools: WhatsApp Business · Odoo · Zoho CRM
One month-end report across every entity
Each entity closes in its own spreadsheet, and someone spends a week stitching them together. We pull the figures from each system on a schedule, flag what doesn't match, and send leadership one report with the gaps marked and an owner on each.
Tools: Odoo · Zoho Books · SAP Business One · Power BI
05 · How we work with UAE teams
How we work with UAE teams
- Business consulting and forward-deployed engineering both start with the two-week assessment. Forward-deployed means our engineer works inside your business, not from a ticket queue.
- The people you meet stay on your work from the first day to the last, in English and Arabic. We take a handful of clients at a time, at most.
- We work from Switzerland and Portugal, two to three hours behind the UAE, and fly in for on-site weeks when the work needs someone in the room.
- You sign with Devvion Inc., a Delaware corporation. We have no office in the UAE and don't claim one.
06 · Questions UAE buyers ask us
Questions UAE buyers ask us
Can we hire you for consulting without automation?
Yes, Devvion's business consulting stands on its own in the UAE. We assess how the work runs, map it, then write the SOPs, roles, controls and KPIs. That usually takes 4 to 12 weeks. If automation makes sense afterwards, the same people stay on it; if not, you keep a clean operating model.
What does forward-deployed engineering mean?
At Devvion it means our engineer works inside your business, not from a ticket queue. In the UAE that means joining your team's channels, working in your ERP and CRM, building the integrations and AI steps, then handing them over with documentation. It runs 6 to 16 weeks, with an optional run retainer.
Which UAE rules do you build around?
Devvion designs every UAE process around the rules in the local rules section of this page, each with its dates and source. We check them at the start of an engagement and again before go-live. When a date moves, we tell you what changes for your team and by when.
Are you ISO 27001 consultants in the UAE?
Devvion gets UAE companies ready for ISO 27001: we map where data moves, write the controls an auditor will ask about, and set up evidence that collects itself. Devvion is not ISO certified and is not a certification body; an accredited auditor issues your certificate.
Can your team handle Arabic documents?
Yes, Devvion works in Arabic and English in the UAE. We read Arabic contracts and supplier documents, write SOPs and documentation in either language, and build AI steps that handle both.
How does it start, and what does it cost?
Devvion starts every UAE engagement with the two-week assessment. We share the fee on a first call and credit it if you continue. Consulting then runs 4 to 12 weeks and engineering 6 to 16. We don't publish prices because scope differs from one company to the next.

Two weeks to see how the work really runs.
The assessment scores each process, puts a number on the overhead and ranks what to fix first. Ask for the fee on the first call; it is credited if you continue.
