Fewer manual hours in Jordan.
For growing companies, from the first map to the last automation. We step in as your operating expert to map where the week goes and fix the process, then as your engineers to automate it with you. The people you meet stay on your work from the first day to the last, and you keep the systems, documentation and know-how.
Map and automate for 50–500 person companies in Jordan: a back office that grows with every branch and product line, with accounting software, spreadsheets and messaging apps carrying the data between them.
Everything waits for the founder.
We're growing from 50 to 150 people. Every approval, hire and discount still waits for one person. We write down who decides what, so the business moves without the founder in every loop.

What we see in Jordan
Growth means more admin hires, not more output.
Mid-sized Jordanian firms grow the back office with every new branch or product line. JEDCO's 2026 competitiveness programme exists because productivity is the gap. The fastest wins we find are in approvals, data entry and month-end reporting, where people move data between systems that could talk directly.
Teams in Amman serve customers across the region.
Many Jordanian companies sell into the Gulf and neighbouring markets from Amman, with sales, finance and operations split across offices. Handoffs happen by email and phone, and each team keeps its own version of the numbers.
Data lives in spreadsheets and chat threads.
Customer and employee records are copied between email, Excel and WhatsApp. It works until someone asks for one reliable figure, or until the person who knew where everything was moves on.

JoFotara: every invoice cleared by the national system
Since 1 April 2025, every VAT-registered business in Jordan issues invoices through JoFotara, the Income and Sales Tax Department's clearance system. An invoice isn't valid until the system validates it and returns a QR code. Many finance teams still retype invoices into the portal by hand. We connect your ERP to the national system and back through the published API, route each rejection to a named person with the reason, and store the validated invoices. If your software (Qoyod, for example) already has a connector, we configure it rather than rebuild it. We are not an accredited e-invoicing provider.

Personal Data Protection Law (Law 24 of 2023)
The law took effect on 17 March 2024, with a transition period that ended in March 2025. We map where personal data moves in every process we touch, so you can account for what you hold and why. We are not lawyers; for legal opinions we work alongside your counsel.

Process maps and SOPs for a growing back office
We map approvals, data entry and month-end reporting as they really run, cut the steps that only move data, and write SOPs with one owner per step. New hires learn the process from a page, not from the person next to them.

New-hire onboarding from one request
A new hire needs a contract, a laptop, accounts and a first-week plan, and today each comes from a different person. One request starts every step, gives each an owner and a date, and shows HR what is still open before day one.

Orders and follow-ups on WhatsApp
Customer orders and payment reminders already happen on WhatsApp. We connect that thread to your order and receivables records so nothing lives only on one salesperson's phone.

How we work with teams in Jordan
- Business consulting and forward-deployed engineering both start with the two-week assessment. Forward-deployed means our engineer works inside your business, not from a ticket queue.
- The people you meet stay on your work from the first day to the last, in Arabic and English, and your documentation is written in whichever your team uses day to day.
- We work from Switzerland and Portugal, one to two hours behind Amman, and spend on-site weeks there when the work needs us in the room. We don't have an office in Jordan.
- Your contract is with Devvion Inc., a Delaware company. We take a handful of clients at a time, at most.

Questions from companies in Jordan
Can we hire you for consulting without automation?
Yes, Devvion's business consulting stands on its own in Jordan. We assess and map how the work runs, then write the SOPs, roles, controls and KPIs, usually in 4 to 12 weeks. If automation makes sense afterwards, the same people stay on it; if not, you keep a clean operating model.
How do you handle Jordan's local rules?
Devvion builds every process in Jordan around the rules listed in the local rules section of this page, each with its date and source. Where a rule needs a link to a government system, we build it from your accounting software, or configure the connector you already have.
Is this useful for a company our size in Jordan?
Devvion's work in Jordan is aimed at companies of 50 to 500 people. At that size, a few repetitive processes usually eat a large share of the team's week. We start with the one that costs most, measure it, and only add AI where someone is making a judgement call.
Are you ISO 27001 consultants in Jordan?
Devvion gets companies in Jordan ready for ISO 27001 and ISO 9001: the process maps, controls and evidence an auditor will ask for. Certification itself comes from an accredited certification body, and Devvion isn't one.
Will you be on site in Amman?
Devvion runs engagements in Jordan remotely, with on-site weeks in Amman at the start and at key points. The first week on site is usually the most useful one, because that's when we see how the work is really done.
How does it start, and what does it cost?
Every Devvion engagement in Jordan starts with the two-week assessment. You get a maturity score per process, an overhead number and ranked opportunities. If you continue, the fee is credited. Consulting then runs 4 to 12 weeks and engineering 6 to 16.
