Large taxpayers, above ₦5 billion, started in November 2025. Firms between ₦1 billion and ₦5 billion went live on 1 July 2026, with compliance enforcement from January 2027. Below ₦1 billion, go-live is set for 1 July 2027. We connect SAP Business One, Dynamics 365, Odoo or Sage to your accredited provider or the NRS platform, and are not a provider ourselves.

NDPA compliance audit returns, every year
Under the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023 and the NDPC's 2025 implementation directive, data controllers and processors of major importance file a compliance audit return. The Commission moved the deadline for the 2025 return to 30 May 2026. The hard part is knowing where customer data actually lives.

When a hire is confirmed, one request sets up access, equipment, payroll details and training, each with an owner and a deadline. When someone leaves, the same list runs in reverse, so access closes the day they go.

- We work remotely from Switzerland and Portugal and fly to Lagos or Abuja for on-site weeks when the work needs us in the room. We have no office in Nigeria.
- We've run finance and operations at scale in large enterprises and bring that discipline down to your size. Forward-deployed means our engineer works inside your business, not from a ticket queue.
- Nigeria runs on UTC+1, the same clock as Switzerland in winter and Portugal in summer. We work in English and write runbooks your own staff can follow once the engagement ends.
- Your contract is with Devvion Inc., a Delaware corporation. Where a local rule needs an accredited provider or a government platform, we connect your systems to it; we are not a provider ourselves.

Can you fix our processes without building software?
Devvion's business consulting in Nigeria often needs no new software. We assess, map the process, set owners, approval limits and KPIs, and get you ready for ISO 9001 or 27001 if that's the aim. Automation is a later step, with us, with someone else, or not at all.
Which local rules do you design for?
Devvion designs every process around the Nigerian rules listed on this page, each with its dates and source. Where a rule needs an accredited provider or the NRS platform, we connect your ERP to it and are not a provider ourselves. We recheck the dates before each engagement, because they move.
