Faster cycles in Morocco.

And less retyping. We step in as operators: a two-week assessment, then we map, structure and automate the work with your staff. The people you meet stay on your work from the first day to the last.

02 · What we see in Morocco

What we see in Morocco

  • Work passes through three people and two retypes.

In many mid-sized Moroccan firms, an order or purchase request leaves the ERP, gets edited in Excel and goes out as a PDF. Each retype is a chance of error and another day before the customer gets an answer.

  • Customers order on WhatsApp; the ERP finds out later.

Orders, questions and follow-ups land on sales reps' phones. Someone copies them into the system at the end of the day, or not at all, and management sees the numbers days late.

  • Family firms are handing over to the next generation.

Many companies founded twenty or thirty years ago are changing hands. The know-how sits in a few heads and is rarely written down. Professionalising without breaking what works starts with describing how the work really gets done.

  • DGI e-invoicing: the platform is built, the date isn't set

E-invoicing has been in Moroccan finance law since 2018 and was confirmed in the 2026 finance law. On 16 April 2026, the head of the DGI said the platform had been developed and tested. The implementing decree is still under review: a format (UBL) and a phased plan, but no date yet. When it is published, we connect Odoo or your ERP to the provider you choose; we are not an accredited provider. Clean tax IDs, rates and mandatory fields in the ERP now make that connection quick.

  • Personal data: Law 09-08 and the CNDP

Law 09-08 and the CNDP have governed personal data since 2009, and a reform is being discussed. Day to day, customer and HR files travel by email and WhatsApp, so each process we automate records which data it touches and who can see it.

04 · Where we usually start

Where we usually start

  1. The work written down before the handover

Interviews and walk-throughs, then maps of the key processes, roles and handoffs. We write the SOPs and delegations with the people who do the work, so the company stops depending on two or three heads.

  2. Purchase requests without the retyping

A purchase request starts in the ERP and stays there: one form, approval limits by amount, and the purchase order goes to the supplier straight from the system. No Excel copy, no PDF edited by hand.

    Tools: Odoo

  3. WhatsApp orders tied to receivables

Customers order and ask questions on WhatsApp. We link those chats to your order and receivables records, with payment reminders on a fixed schedule.

05 · How we work with teams in Morocco

How we work with teams in Morocco

  • We work remotely from Switzerland and Portugal and spend on-site weeks in Casablanca when the work calls for it. There is no Devvion office in Morocco.
  • We've run this at scale in large enterprises and bring it down to your size. Forward-deployed means our engineer works inside your business, not from a ticket queue.
  • Morocco shares Central European time for part of the year and is one hour behind for the rest. We work in Arabic and English, and can deliver documentation in French.
  • The contract is with Devvion Inc. of Delaware. Where a local rule needs an accredited provider, we connect your ERP to the one you choose; we are not one ourselves.

06 · Questions from companies in Morocco

Questions from companies in Morocco

  • Can you help us without automating anything?

Devvion's business consulting in Morocco often ends before any code. We assess, map the processes, write SOPs, delegations and KPIs, and get you ready for ISO 9001 or 27001 if that's the aim. Automation can follow, with us, with someone else, or not at all.

  • Which local rules do you design for?

Devvion designs for the Moroccan rules listed on this page, with their dates and sources, and updates the list when a decree is published. Where a rule needs an accredited provider, we connect Odoo or your ERP to the one you choose. We are not an accredited provider and won't present ourselves as one.

  • Is there an AI automation agency in Morocco that works inside our team?

Devvion works inside your business in Morocco rather than from a ticket queue. Our engineer sits in your weekly meetings, sees the real process and builds with your staff. The people you meet stay on your work to the end.

  • Do you build AI agents?

Devvion builds AI agents in Morocco where a person currently reads something and decides, such as sorting documents, pulling line items or drafting customer replies. Everywhere else, plain automation is cheaper and more predictable, so that's what we use.

  • What size of company do you work with?

Devvion works in Morocco with companies of 50 to 500 people. Smaller firms usually do fine with standard tools. Larger ones tend to have an IT team, and we work alongside it.

  • How does an engagement begin, and how long does it run?

Devvion begins each engagement in Morocco with a paid two-week assessment, credited if you go on. Consulting then runs 4 to 12 weeks and engineering 6 to 16, with an optional retainer afterwards. We take on only a handful of clients at once.
