Systems that fit · Both

We bought a CRM. Nobody uses it.

The licences are paid, the data is out of date and sales still works from spreadsheets. We set the CRM up around how you sell and connect it to the rest.

What it looked like

  • Leads are entered in the CRM and a spreadsheet.
  • Reports from the CRM are not trusted.
  • Admissions or sales staff each have their own way.

02 · What we did, stage by stage

What we did, stage by stage

  1. Assess

We count how leads are entered and where they are lost, and survey the people who should use it.

  2. Map

We map the sales or admissions process and match it to CRM stages and fields.

  3. Mature

Stage definitions, required fields, ownership rules and a weekly pipeline review.

  4. Automate

Website forms, calendars and quotes connect to the CRM so nobody types a lead twice.

  5. Run

We keep the CRM, forms and reports current as the process changes.

Questions

  • Which CRMs do you work with?

Devvion works with HubSpot, Zoho CRM, Salesforce and Dynamics 365, and with student information systems for schools and universities.

  • Will people actually use it this time?

Devvion designs for the person entering data, not the report. When the CRM saves them work, adoption follows; we measure it monthly.
